Vegeterian Bodybuilding Diet Plan:

1.Early Morning -

    A fruit + whey protein 
   
Or

    Soaked almonds + 1 cup of skimmed milk

2.Breakfast -

    A bowl of oats / wheat flakes / quinoa with skimmed milk and some nuts

Or

Wheat bread with peanut butter + milk 


3.Lunch -

    2 wheat / jowar / bajra  chapattis or brown rice + vegetables +  dal + cottage cheese

4.Evening Snack -

    Sprouts or beans boiled (chickpeas / black chana) with onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and lime juice + water + egg whey / cottage cheese / slice of low fat cheese.

Or

    Paneer and spinach roll / 2 slices of brown bread + fresh juice (celery, carrots, beets, green apple, mint, orange, and lemon juice)

5.dinner -

    2 bowls of wheat / jowar / bajra chapattis or brown rice + vegetables + of dal + cottage cheese
